Do CloudSoft™ slippers run true to size?

They run smaller than usual. Measure your foot from heel to toe and use our size guide. Choose the larger size if you have wider feet or are between sizes.

What materials are used?

CloudSoft™ slippers feature a faux-suede upper, thermal plush lining, and a lightweight EVA outsole.

Where are they designed to be worn?

They are designed primarily for indoor use.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free for eligible orders delivered within the United States.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery is generally 8–15 business days after order processing. Delivery times are estimates and can vary because of carrier, destination, customs, weather, or peak-season delays.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Tracking information is sent after the order ships. Tracking may take a short time to begin showing movement after the shipping label is created.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos or video of the item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and determine the most appropriate resolution.

Can I return an item because I changed my mind or selected the wrong size?

Returns are not automatic, and change-of-mind or sizing returns are generally not accepted unless specifically authorized. Never send an item to the address printed on the package. Review our Returns & Resolution Policy before requesting a return.
