Shipping Policy

Destinations and availability

We currently accept orders for eligible delivery addresses in the United States and Canada. Availability depends on your destination and the selected product variant. Check availability at checkout before placing your order.

Shipping cost

Standard tracked shipping is free for eligible U.S. and Canadian orders. Store prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD). Any taxes collected by NOVENU will appear at checkout. For Canadian orders, customs authorities or carriers may assess import taxes, duties, brokerage, or other charges not collected by NOVENU.

Processing and delivery

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated transit is 8–18 business days after dispatch. Processing time is separate from transit time. Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent to the email address used at checkout when it becomes available. Tracking may take a short time to begin showing movement after the shipment record is created. See Track Your Order for help finding your tracking link.

Delays or missing packages

Contact us if tracking has shown no movement for 7 business days, if the package has not arrived 5 business days after the end of the estimated delivery window, or promptly after a delivery scan if the package cannot be located. We will investigate using the available tracking and fulfillment information. Our Returns & Size Support Policy explains missing-package resolutions, cancellations, and fulfillment delays.
