Free U.S. shipping

NOVENU provides free standard shipping for eligible orders delivered within the United States.

Processing and estimated delivery

Orders require processing before shipment. Estimated delivery is generally 8–15 business days after processing. This timeframe is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery may take longer because of carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather, peak-season volume, remote destinations, or address-related issues.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent to the email provided at checkout after the order ships. Tracking may take a short time to begin showing movement after the shipping label is created.

Shipping address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address correction is needed. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or fulfillment begins.

Delayed or missing packages

If a package does not arrive within the expected timeframe or tracking appears stalled, contact us with your order number. We will review the available tracking information and determine whether a replacement, refund, or another resolution is appropriate.

NOVENU is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, but we will assist customers in reviewing legitimate delivery issues.
