These Terms of Service govern your use of novenu.com and purchases from NOVENU. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies referenced below.

Seller information

NOVENU is currently operated by Hanzell Rivera, an individual seller based in Nicaragua. Customer support is available at support@novenu.com. Additional seller information is provided in our Legal Notice.

Product and store information

We aim to present product descriptions, materials, colors, sizes, availability, prices, delivery estimates, and images accurately. Screen settings, lighting, supplier production variations, and translations may cause differences. Product names used by NOVENU describe the store assortment and do not claim manufacturer branding or trademark status unless expressly stated.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order when necessary, including for payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, inability to fulfill, an unavailable delivery route, or an undeliverable address. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Prices, offers, and payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Promotional prices, discounts, and deadlines apply only as displayed and do not remove mandatory consumer rights. Payments are currently processed through PayPal. Depending on availability and location, PayPal may offer account or eligible card payment options. NOVENU does not directly store full payment-card details.

Shipping and fulfillment

NOVENU currently accepts eligible delivery addresses in the United States and Canada, subject to availability at checkout. Orders may be fulfilled by independent suppliers, marketplaces, fulfillment partners, or carriers and may ship from outside the United States. Necessary recipient and delivery information may be shared with those parties to fulfill the order. NOVENU remains the customer's point of contact.

Processing, delivery estimates, tracking, address responsibilities, delay procedures, and missing-package resolutions are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Size support, returns, and refunds

Eligible orders include one complimentary size replacement when requested within 7 days of delivery and when the published conditions are met. This voluntary benefit does not shorten any mandatory legal right. United States and Canada preference returns, authorized return procedures, damaged or missing order resolutions, costs, refunds, and cancellation rules are described in our Returns & Size Support Policy.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms or our policies excludes or limits a right, guarantee, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Product reviews

Product reviews may include reviews originally submitted by purchasers of the same product through another sales channel. Imported reviews are not represented as verified NOVENU purchases and may be translated for readability.

Privacy and communications

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Transactional messages may be sent when necessary to process an order, provide tracking, respond to support requests, or communicate relevant updates. Marketing messages are sent subject to applicable consent and unsubscribe requirements.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the NOVENU name, site design, original text, graphics, and other original store content may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially exploited without permission. Third-party names and content remain the property of their respective owners.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content unlawfully, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

Service availability and liability

We work to keep the site available and information accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NOVENU is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the store, services, or legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies from its publication date. Material changes will not retroactively reduce rights already attached to a completed purchase where prohibited by law.
